Full Journal pdf2023-03-06 House Journal Page 0328 SB 10 The following was read the second time: SENATE BILL NO. 10 "An Act providing for trapping licenses for active members of the Alaska National Guard and military reserves without charge; making sport fishing, hunting, and trapping permanent identification cards available to certain disabled veterans without charge; and providing for an effective date." with the: Journal Page RES RPT 9DP 296 FN1: ZERO(MVA) 296 FN2: ZERO(DFG) 296 Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Eastman: Page 4, lines 3-5: Delete all material and insert: "(c) A person who is issued a permanent identification card under this section may not sport fish, hunt, or trap without having in their possession a valid identification card issued under this section or the appropriate license." 2023-03-06 House Journal Page 0329 Representative Eastman moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There was objection. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" Representative Saddler moved and asked unanimous consent that SB 10 am H be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. SB 10 am H was read the third time. Representatives Eastman, Stapp, Gray, Wright, Allard, Carpenter, Shaw, and McCabe moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and they were required to vote. The question being: "Shall SB 10 am H pass the House?"
